I have been in the fitness industry since 2009, after gaining a lot of unwanted weight in my teens, I decided to change my life so I started eating clean light exercise then I took up kickboxing. I trained hard and competed in a number of sports such as Muay Thai, boxing and Kickboxing, over 3 years I lost 11 stone in body fat. Knowing how much of a hard road it was made me want to help other people changed their life for the better, with nutrition and exercise, as i believe exercise is more powerful than any medication. i started working in a number of gyms in the Sussex and Kent area. One of them roles i was the exercise referral instructor, training client with a wide range of conditions, from mental health issues and obesity to clients that have suffered strokes and heart attacks. more recently i have been working with a number of athletes professional and amateurs , from fighters, bodybuilders and body transformation clients.
